Susan J. Herman Endowed Award Fund for Leadership in Holocaust and Genocide Awareness ("Herman Award")

The purpose of this fund shall be to provide recognition and a monetary award to Keene State College students and/or community members who are striving to stimulate greater understanding of genocide, increasing activism on behalf of the victims of crimes against humanity, or inspiring community engagement in educating people about genocide both historically and in our contemporary world. Preference for the award shall be given to rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors enrolled at Keene State College and/or community members. Student projects funded by the Herman Award must be completed prior to the recipients’ graduation from Keene State College.
