Thomas, Alfred W. and Elizabeth Harrison Scholarship

Established in 1988 by Alfred W. Thomas ‘50 M’54 and his wife, Elizabeth Harrison Thomas ‘27 ’52 M’61, in recognition of the excellent education provided them and in reflection of their lifelong interest in the young people of New Hampshire. Applicants must be full-time students of junior or senior class standing, residents of New Hampshire, demonstrate outstanding promise as a teacher, and be accepted into the teacher certification program. Qualities such as financial need, academic excellence, leadership, and promise of future success in teaching will be considered.
